Rock N Roll Bingo

We offer a simple and fun way to boost revenue for your organization. Rock N Roll Bingo is fun for all age groups and will generate a profit of at least $2,000. The event is only two hours long and can be organized multiple times per year.
​
Our games follow the traditional format, but instead of calling out numbers, we play clips from the most popular songs of all time. No extensive music knowledge is required to participate, everyone has an equal chance of winning. If someone doesn't recognize a song, the hosts tells them the name of the song and players can use their smartphones to help as well.
The games are pre-recorded, allowing you to effortlessly host them yourself—all you need to do is hand out the bingo cards.

Our Services:
When you sign up for our service, you will receive a password to download the games you would like to play. Each game has 3 files, the cards, a host list and the 35 minute audio file. All you have to do is hand out the cards, hook a laptop up to a sound system and click the play button.
We have been doing this for over a decade and we have found the best format is the one listed below, you may choose to do it differently but this will give you a template to work from.

Beer-Burger & Rock N Roll Bingo:
Approach a local pub or restaurant and ask them to host your event.
The restaurant should be able to offer a package price of $25 for a burger, beer (or wine). You sell the tickets for $50 and sell tickets for 50/50 draw at the event. You may want to consider adding a silent auction as well.

The Template For Success
Rock N Roll Bingo events are 2 hours long. Begin handing out the cards at 6 p.m. and start playing at 6:10 p.m. Play 3 games and you will finish at 8:00 Each game is approximately 30 minutes in length. Take a short break between games so you can sell 50/50 tickets and/or give people a chance to bid on silent auction items.

What Do You Need To Do?
Sell tickets and arrange for 15 small prizes. Prizes can be anything from gift certificates and T-shirts to coffee mugs or novelty items.

We provide a comprehensive "How To Guide" for a seamless and enjoyable event. Additionally, our team will consult with your bingo host before the event, offering expert advice and addressing any queries.
