We would like to help your non-profit by hosting a fun night of Beer, Burgers & Rock N Roll Bingo!
Our events are very easy to arrange and a great way to raise money.

Here's How It Works:
You tell us what date you would like and we take it from there. The only nights that are not available are Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
​
Rock N Roll Bingo events are 2.5 hours long. Start time is 6 p.m. and we start playing the games at 6:30. We play 3 games and we finish at 8:30. Each game is approximately 30 minutes in length. We take a short break between games so you can sell 50/50 tickets and/or give people a chance to bid on silent auction items. We provide the bingo cards and the bingo dabbers.

What is Rock N Roll Bingo?
Are games are played like regular bingo but instead of numbers being called, we play clips from the greatest songs of all time. No Rap, No Hip Hop. Players do not have to have a wide music knowledge to play, everyone has an equal chance to win. If someone doesn't know a song that is being played, we tell them. Players are allowed to use an app on their phone if they don't recognize a song.

What Do You Need To Do?
Sell tickets and arrange for 15 small prizes. Prizes can be anything from gift certificates and t-shirts to coffee mugs or novelty items.
That's it, we'll print out the tickets, provide the bingo dabbers and all the bingo cards.

The Cost:
The cost paid to Rock N Roll Bingo is $350.

Location: You get to choose the location. We have an excellent working relationship with Match Eatery and we highly recommend that you choose them. Match Eatery does not charge a room fee, several other locations we contacted want to charge a room fee on top of the food and beverage fee.

The event will be held in their patio. It is covered and heated, seating capacity of 65.
Note: If you expect to sell more than 65 tickets additional seating can be arranged.

Food & Beverage
Two Options. Both options have 3 burger choices, Chicken, Beef or Veggie & a choice of bottle of beer or 6 oz house wine.
Choice 1: $20 Stock Burgers with fries or tossed salad.
Choice 2: $25 Burger with cheese/bacon, option of fries, salad, yam fries or Caesar Salad
Match has also agreed to help promote your event.

Revenue: 60 tickets at $50 each: $3,000
50/50 tickets: $300
Silent Auction $500
Total Revenue: $3,800

Your Cost:
$350 Rock N Roll Bing Host
60 dinner tickets at $20 (for the people wanting choice 2, charge them ann additional $5)
Total: $1,550

Profit: $2,250
We realize that these numbers may vary. We have found the average person who attends these events will spend $5 on 50/50 tickets. Even if you decide not to have a silent auction or sell 50/50 tickets, you will still generate a profit.
