We would like to help your non-profit by hosting a fun night of Beer, Burgers & Rock N Roll Bingo!
Our events are very easy to arrange and a great way to raise money.
Here's How It Works:
You tell us what date you would like and we take it from there. The only nights that are not available are Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.
Rock N Roll Bingo events are 2.5 hours long. Start time is 6 p.m. and we start playing the games at 6:30. We play 3 games and we finish at 8:30. Each game is approximately 30 minutes in length. We take a short break between games so you can sell 50/50 tickets and/or give people a chance to bid on silent auction items. We provide the bingo cards and the bingo dabbers.
What is Rock N Roll Bingo?
Are games are played like regular bingo but instead of numbers being called, we play clips from the greatest songs of all time. No Rap, No Hip Hop. Players do not have to have a wide music knowledge to play, everyone has an equal chance to win. If someone doesn't know a song that is being played, we tell them. Players are allowed to use an app on their phone if they don't recognize a song.
What Do You Need To Do?
Sell tickets and arrange for 15 small prizes. Prizes can be anything from gift certificates and t-shirts to coffee mugs or novelty items.
That's it, we'll print out the tickets, provide the bingo dabbers and all the bingo cards.
The Cost:
The cost paid to Rock N Roll Bingo is $400.
Location: You get to choose the location. We have relationships with a few local businesses who do not charge you a fee for room rental. Some hotels and resorts charge a large fee just for the use of the room. Contact us to discuss which location works best for you.

We realize that these numbers may vary. We have found the average person who attends these events will spend $7-$8 on 50/50 tickets. Even if you decide not to have a silent auction or sell 50/50 tickets, you will still generate a nice profit.
